Strawberry & Cream Pops


I do my best to eat a healthy diet, but it’s not so easy when my passion is patisserie!!!!  It’s also important to me that I lead by example and teach my kids to love good, nutritious food…….so I’m always trying to come up with healthy takes on treat foods.  In the warmer weather (and the cooler too for that matter - my kids don’t discriminate, haha!) I like to have a stash of popsicles in the freezer.  These Strawberry & Cream Pops are deliciously creamy and are easily adaptable if you want to add other flavours.  The best part?  They leave you with zero regret!

Note:  you can easily make these vegan by using plant based yoghurt, milk and sweetener.


Strawberry & Cream Pops

makes 8 | prep time = 10 minutes | freezer time = 4 hours



2 cups plain yoghurt
1/2 cup milk
2 tbs runny honey
1/2 tsp vanilla paste
150g strawberries


In a blender, add the yoghurt, milk and honey and blend until smooth. Pour out 2/3 of the mixture into a jug, add the vanilla and mix until combined. Add the strawberries to the remaining mixture in the blender and blend until smooth. 

Fill your popsicle moulds 1/4 way up with the vanilla mix, then 1/4 strawberry mix and repeat. Insert the sticks and freeze until solid.
